I really don't think we will be putting it back on the market for maybe eighteen months to two years. - Vendor 31/3/20
31/3/20 Cooper said this one did not go well, there is an issue with a 4 meter retaining wall its shy of the council requirements, were not getting inquiries, suggested a $10k reduction after first weeks which client was not impressed with also.
