16/09/2020 - Mohammad: Tried to call numerous times since receiving the lead and have not been able to get int ouch nor have i heard back from client.
20/07/2020 - Las: Haven't heard try to call a couple of times no response .
5/05/2020 - FU to vendor / decision to sell
3/04/2020 - Las: No luck keep calling no answer .

Las: Has appraised - they know him also - says will happen next year - but not for a while
