24/5/21 **Pre Existing confirmed seems like Client Sharon contacted Simon prior to our referral Simon appraised it 7 months prior according to timeline Ozan was at other agency then moved to Buxton and just took over listing as Simon left the industry. Vf
13/5/21 ** Ozan disputing referral he actually lost this listing to his competitor Simon, and then when Ozan moved to Buxton, simon left the industry and he got listing by default will send this to me in writing. vicki
LAURA - she will be ready in 2 weeks maybe, tossing between myself and obrien.
Sharon was going to sell and use Buxton Omer and Simon. Came back from Butan and then Covid-19 hit so she is not selling atm. Keeping in touch with Buxton
