29/01/19: Agent Bruce advised that the seller has withdrawn the properties, very little interest from buyers. Properties currently being rented by the on-site manager.
10/07/17: Agent Bruce emailed, "Market in Brisbane is depressed due to the oversupply. The owner has dropped her price by $40k however, this has not helped. Both properties are tenanted and 1107 is still listed with me for sale."
