13/12/20198 - -Mark: There is an almost identical unit for sale in her building at $395,000 so I told her that getting $450,000 plus in the current market was not achievable.
Jessica Vine is a new start up agency, so being desperate for business, has probably told Erin whatever it is she wanted to hear. It won’t sell for what she was expecting.
Judith: I've had long chats to her. She's not going to get anywhere near what she needs. I did research with the body Corp for her. Not much more I could do.
