Hi Natalie.
Sorry for late reply but I have been waiting to hear back from Jasmine with regards to their property. I have just received an answer. They still haven't completed probate as yet and don't want to start any proceedings until this is finalised. I am still keeping in constant contact with Jasmine so that we time it right. McDonald street has road works going on at the moment and they are closing parts of the road as they work along. It's a bit of a mess. I will keep you updated should anything change . We are very keen to get the business. Keep well and safe.

Just letting you know that we are staying in contact with Jasmine Daley, but it is still her brother that has control and she does not think we should meet him at the moment.
He has told her that he does not have the $650 to start probate, so he is not ready to do anything.
Sorry that this one has not panned out as yet.
We won’t give up though.
We have recently listed a property for sale, only a few houses away from Jasmine.

Not yet, although I am still helping her with information but she is reliant on her brother to make a decision, which he is not ready to make . At this stage he doesn't even want to meet us???
