Ben: Hi Mark. We have had a lot of attempts to contact but haven't had any success in locating the site.
14/01/2020 - Ben: Appraisal has been sent prior to Xmas. Sorry for the delayed reply.
13/01/2020 - Andrew: We had a look at the block of land and estimated the value at $700k to $750K. Owner is Peter Giddey’s wife who wants $1m. I have a CMA reminder for a week or so to follow up again with him to see if his wife is interested in selling nearer the market.
