EMILY -Just letting you know that we did the appraisal for Nick last Tuesday, he still had to finish off the bathroom & have the pool liner installed.
I just phoned him and everything else internally is done but he is still a few weeks off having the pool completed. He didn’t have any questions or anything regarding the appraisal so I’ve diarised to call him in a few weeks.
