15% - other party (Jasmine) contacted Michael the next morning by the time he opened our referral he had already been to the property and appraised it he accepts terms though so if sells will pay 15%.

Thank you for your follow up. Yes I sent Greg and his sister an appraisal back on the 12th December and he said he will catch up with me when he is down at the property over January. Hopefully we hear further from him. We are in fact Auctioning a property close to him at No.11 Marshall street later this month which I have told him about also.
