21/7/21 ** We've had under contract since February. Seller decided to terminate contract as buyer's had far too many delays. We have since then already placed another contract on the property. Will let you know when unconditional.
6/4/21 *** Last contract fell through. Have another now in place, yet still not unconditional.
Working settlement date is currently 1st June.

We listed and sold 32 Pendragon Street in December. Due to settle late February.

14/10/20***NOT DECIDED WHAT TO DO SPOKE TO CLIENT
22/9/20**Adam Horth said only worth $440-$460 wont pick up for years maybe worth selling and re investing elsewhere.
31/1 Spoke to Sacha he is unsure of what to do, wants to buy his own place on the Gold Coast, does not know if there will be enough there for him to do that if he sells as there will be a loss. Needs financial advice
21/4 spoke to client is unsure, spoke to steve he is in touch best time to sell is now rather than later, who knows what the market will do in terms of prices in the later half of year some experts are predicting a 10-20% drop in prices.
17/1 AS sent to 1 and 2 spoke to Steve all info sent out waiting on client.
