17/5/21 Hi Vicki, I spoke to Mike a little while ago.. He is still not the radar, but not ready to sell just yet. Tenant got sick and I think he feels morally obliged to do the right thing there - even if not right for him..
Will touch base with him soon again.
12/11/20 UPdate from Agent: Left voicemail 12/11/20. His tenant had cancer and didn't want to disrupt. Will re-list with me when things change.. Try again Jan 2021
