Michael: she is not a seller, I’ve been to these properties numerous times before and she is always looking just to get an update on value. They run a medical practise from them.
15/01/2020 - Viv for Michael Harris: By way of update. Michael saw Zhuping yesterday to appraise both the properties in Church St. As requested we emailer her our market opinion letters for both properties. This was not a full appraisal presentation.
7/01/2019 - Michael's office: Made contact with Zhuping and have an appointment set up for Michael Harris to see her on Tuesday 14th at 11am.
