14/01/2020 - Trevor Chapman : I have spoken with Alicia re her property, please note that the proper address is 12 Gumnut Drive Alligator Creek Qld, not 22 Champion Court Alligator Creek. I have emailed Alicia a Marketing Champaign outlining our recommended advertising and also our commission structure. She has told me that the home is being painted and new floor coverings are being put down, once this has been done I can go to the property to do an appraisal.
