24/10/2020 - Not listed yet / owner still residing at premises
10/07/2020 - Tony: At this stage the owner has moved back into the property. The sale is on hold for the foreseeable future. I am hoping she will change her mind at some point as the home is too big for her. That is the current situation.
10/07/2020 - FU texted to Tony re going online
