18/08/17 - Spoke to vendor said her brother took it off the market and is thinking of putting it back on. He is not in the mood to talk to anyone now and she doesn't know who he will list it with it but specifically mentioned Maxpro Real Estate so we know its in the back of her head.
30/05/17 - David Milkovits said he spoke with vendor a number of times and she was keen to change agents however control seems to rest with her brother and the property remains with the same agent.
