renewed lease agreement for another 12 months. feb 2021
I did make arrangements to meet with Veronika to discuss the sale however she cancelled after she found out it was going to cost her thousands of dollars to get out of her fixed mortgage. She said it shifts back to variable n 2021 so she will look at putting it on the market then.
the owner isnt sure if shes 100% selling. lease ends in feb, so deciding if she would renew the lease or sell. desktop appraisal will be provided next week when we get a copy of the current photos to review. thank you for the lead
