3/3/21 ****Went to the property with Sophie and her husband last week. I have sent th3em an agency agreement but still not returned. Still a lot of rubbish removal needed. Have given details for a cleaner and for skip bin delivery.
6/1/21 *** I am in conversation with the Vendor. **Geoff Gray Professionals/Jack will send her update in Feb 20/1/21
4/11/20- Update from Geoff Vendor is doing work. They have had a death in the Family. Said they will call when ready
8/10/20 UPDATE FROM GEOFF - is still to come onto the market.
I have kept in contact. The mother passed away a few months ago.
14/1- SPOKE TO SOPHIE EARLY STAGES DOESN'T WANT TO BE PUSHED MUM DYING A MONTH TO LIVE AND DAD NEEDS A NURSING HOME HOUSE IS MESS. HAPPY WITH BOTH AGENTS BUT WILL PROB CHOSE GEOFF GRAY
