Luke: No haven't heard back from her
Ciaran: I've just left a message she has never had me go out there as it has tenants I think she may take some time to come on. I'll call again and keep you posted

6/02/2020 - Ciaran: I have spoken with Lynn a couple of times, she has just got me to do a drive by appraisal as she didn't want the tenants disturbed. I'm not sure when she will come on the market maybe in the next 1-3 months
Luke: I spoke with her twice to try and book a time to have a look through but no success. Have left a few further messages but no return call
