23/04/20200 - FU to agents Scott & Candie / Jason said unlikely to come to market with current pricing
Candie: Has done CMA - not getting through to vendor now - updated Candie on delay with completion / said will keep her eye on the site as she traversals past nearly every day
Candie: I have not had any further response from Sanjay, since January. I spoke to him and then followed up with an email and a CMA for the apartment. I have tried contacting him by phone, but have not been successful. I can’t find any evidence to suggest that he has sold the property though.
Scott: The building is not yet finished. Probably 3-4 months away.

24/02/2020 - Jason: Seems very unlikely he can achieve a price outcome that makes it worthwhile trying to sell. I have him my thoughts and suggestions but can't help any further
24/02/2020 - Scott: Yes met with Sanjay last month. He's going to wait for the apartment to be completed before selling it. Around April/May
