l - Hi Natalie, I refer to 8 Bruce St Mt Waverley where the Vendor has not made a decision at this time. I will keep on following up. KEL - contemplating selling to move back to Indonesia in 2 years time. He is unsure of his plans of looking to sell in the near future and purchase a smaller property so as to retain citizenship until he leaves the country or build a new home for resale to make money. He will look at other options and decide what his plans are over the next 2 months. If he sell he is looking to sell “off market” I will keep in touch with him.
