29/01/2020 - Ben: last conversation I had was a contact number given for a DHA member to gain access to the property. I've left a few messages with DHA with no return call. I'll try again tomorrow morning.
Ashleigh: we had appraised the property on Friday, and have followed Vendor up today. Currently waiting on her reply.
