They had knocked back an offer of $4.1M about 4 years ago - mistake! Now the value and feedback is around the low $3Ms - Peter actually picked up another sale for a property in same suburb off this advertising at $4 .6 which sold in matter of weeks. Clients will be renting it out for the next 3-4 years and then will look at placing on market again.
