NOTE: AGENT SIGNED UP VENDORS (SAID THEY WERE HAPPY) THEN THEIR SON STEPPED IN AND WANTED TO RIP UP CONTRACT. AGENT TOOK IN PRINCIPLE. VENDORS THEN WENT QUIET ON AGENT - WAITING OUT THE EXCLUSIVE PERIOD.
08/04/20 - Sue/vendor said, "We are not selling at the moment very unhappy with marc from ray white who took advantage of two vulnerable people in their late seventies enough said"
29/01/20 - Spoke to agent Marc, noted that son is trying to pull out the contaract - his director got involed as not letting this one go.
16/01/20 - Marc Lum advised, he listed the property for auction on 15/02
