MARK - I called her again today though, and she answered and was happy to talk - I have arranged to appraise the 3 lots and provide some preliminary estimates as the lots are residential and industrial mixed zoning.
GEOFF - I have been in contact with the seller from time to time who is waying up against building rental properties on the blocks and may sell one block at some stage to fund the building. Geoff
