Yes I spoke to him, when ever you sent me the contact. He only wanted me to do a drive by so I did not disturb the neighbor. JAY
I have spoken to Chris and emailed him an appraisal on 17 January 2020. Chris didn’t want to let the tenant know at this stage that he was thinking of selling so My appraisal was on the basis of a drive-by. I expect that Chris is going to wait until there is further improvement in the market and was just getting an update. I shall contact him again shortly and let you know his intentions.
