27/06/2020 - Kate: We had the vendors ask to take their home to the market $600k to $670k higher than we priced the property. 12 inspections no real buyers all stating property over priced. Last week we had a vendor meeting and the vendors have asked us to remove the price but put into a range of $3.6m to $3.96m. We have been inundated with enquires. Vendors have remove styling from their home but now are purchasing styling items themselves. They said we can show in 2 weeks.
