07/09/20 - Sent newsletter to vendor

21/04/20 - Spoke to vendor, noted her mum is not selling atm - not due to corona, but as she wants to stay in her home.
30/01/20 - Agent Colette advised, "reconnected with Linda mum is saying definite no not ready the aged care facilities look like a prison to her will keep you posted I believe she has connected with a number of agents but they are all on hold"
21/01/20 - Agent Colette emailed, "spoken to Linda. This is very early days for this family as mum wont leave her home as yet so really getting an idea of value of property which I was helpful. I believe that we can value add this property as 2 crown allotments 1 title which will mean 2 sales which of course you will be entitled to 2 commissions. It will be sometime before I believe they will act but I do believe that I will be the chosen agent when they do."
