FAILED, referrals over 24 mths, agent has since been blacklisted, vendor has blocked our emails - received several bounce notifications
3/04/2020 - Wendy: Hi Mark no they can't come to an agreement on the property yet!
Jem: She didn't return my calls and at the meeting she said she would have to speak to her ex husband. Needs a bit of maintenance.
31/01/2020 - Jem: I saw her. She's lovely. She needs to speak to her ex husband but house is very big but needs some maintenance work (skirtings, gutters fallen) and the property is quite cluttered.
I'll keep you posted.
31/01/2020 - Wendy: met Ryleen she said they only have started early stages of making enquiry into selling. It's sounding like a decision won't be made any time soon and they may even keep it as a rental.
23/01/2020 - Jem: I have spoken to Ryleen and booked an appointment for Tuesday to visit her. I will keep you posted on how things progress
