I called Paul - he doesnt want to loose the current tenants and likely to resign the lease. He was worried About access with current tenants as it is a charity home for kids in danger and we may not get access easily. He doesnt want to be without rent while trying to sell and he likes the current charity that are renting it. So not likely to sell it. I gave it a good go and gave him the scenario I gave you on my Sturt St sale.... lots of offers and sold over asking price at first open home - with tenants.
06/04/2020 - Spoke to both agents, said the owner never called them back but both suggested they are busy atm and to touch base in 3 months time to see where the market is at.
