30/03/2020 - Dan: She is still making up her mind
Ben: I spoke to the owner the first time, and arranged the day and time to do the appraisal. I went there, but the gates were locked and she didn’t answer my call. I couldn’t gain access to the property. I texted, emailed and rang her a few more times over the next 10days but never had any response.
28/02/2020 - Melissa texted she had decided on an agent
12/2 Dan advised no contact
29/01 Appt booked with Ben on Monday
