24/05/2022 - Michele Schoell : she is retiring soon and does not want any more referrals to disable her profile, this property has been on market for 10 years, 5 with previous agent its an absolute dump not sure whats going to happen here once she leaves the office does not want referrals vf
06/10/2021 - Michele Schoell : Thank you for referring Ulysses Plando to me. I spoke with him this morning and gave him a realistic selling price for his investment property at 244 Cartledge Avenue, Whyalla Jenkins. It is a 6 year old 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, 1 carport with roller door, 1 open plan living, alfresco UMR, ducted r/c a/c situated in the Ocean Eyre Estate. These homes are selling for $215,000 to $221,000. Ulysses has decided not to list his property at this time. I advised him to check with me in 12 months time to see if the market has increased. His expectation is in the vicinity of $280,000, this is not going to happen. As I explained to him, we are selling 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 living, 2 car homes on bigger allotments within the Estate for that price. Have a great day.
JUN - Thanks for the follow up. Last month we renewed the tenancy contract of the property for 6 months. I shall keep you posted 1 mo. before the contract will expire on November 2021.
