2/2/2022 - Vendor reply to FU: We have decided to leave it tenanted for a bit. The market is still strong, but quite frankly the only Real Estate Agent in Chinchilla that could possibly be professional enough to facilitate the sale Geoff can't cope with his mannerisms. The other that contacted us was downright rude and the other is currently our Property management solution and managing the tenants.
20/08/2020 - Rosly/vendor: : We have decided to rent for 6 months 28/01/2021 - Roslyn Declined selling: our property would only fetch $220,000 and we would need at least $255,000 to break even. So at this stage we’re not selling.
8/07/2020 - FU to Warren / Terri said market is too low for them
5/05/2020 - FU to Warren / Marg says not selling in current market
7/04/2020 - Marg: I went and visited The Williams home and had a chat to them about the current market. They decided that the market is too low to list at the moment

4/02/2020 - Warren: Will FU again - market not there but house is well presented so he may be able to squeeze a bit more for it
3/02/2020 - Roslyn: both have been in touch and the appraisals were rather grim, as there are many mortgagee in possession homes currently flooding the market
so a very disappointing outcome for us. Warren particularly said that our home presented very well and it had fantastic street appeal. He said he'd keep us in mind.
