8/8/20 Update from Nicole no further contact bank is not lending
No, I have not made any further contact with the vendors. They chatted about how they wanted to open list the property etc & that was before CV-19. Being commercial you would need at least 50% deposit to secure finance. We did ask them for extra information about their wages etc (as it appeared they did not take a wage from the business). I have not made any further contact with them.

The market where the clients are is not only very tough (tourism downturn, no reticulated power supply – generator and solar to batteries only, no services such as rubbish collection or regular post, inaccessible midnight to 6am when the vehicle ferry closes, etc) but generally banks will not loan in that area especially for commercial, being other reasons I suggested he go more to a business target market via a larger population base like Cairns.- Steve Doble. 4/2
