3/3/21**Hi, the vendor privately sold, vendor didn't say as held off for so long, & didn't admit she privately sold, kept secret. When I did reports I saw there is now a different vendor...
11/2/21 Update Sheri: Hi, They are not wanting to sell & decided to stay there, & are doing extensions, regards Sheri
26/8/20 Sheri Binzer -46 May isn't set yo sell, just seriously renovated. We've spoken regularly as they are friends with others have sold nearby.**SHERI GOOD AGENT IF SHE SELLS SHE WILL TELL ME VF****
