17/03/2020 - Sally: Garry's wife just called me to advise that they have listed the property with ICONIC agency in Craigieburn for Auction.
17/03/2020 - Sally: I have been to the property & appraised it, I have forwarded the information to Garry as well as his wife & her solicitor. I am waiting on an update from Garry.
13/03/2020 - Emailed Sally & Ravi re access / Christian submitted CMA I believe
