Joe: Franklin requested just a "drive by/kerbside" appraisal to which I sent through shortly after receiving the lead. I haven't received any further correspondence from Franklin however the market numbers provided didn't make for great reading for the property.

14/02/2020 - Joe: I spoke with Franklin in the days following receipt of the lead and Franklin requested only a drive-by appraisal at this stage to which I sent through via email for his review.
