02/10/17 - Peter (vendor) replied, "We received 1 offer, but decided it was too low and now maybe thinking it’s not the right time to sell. Property is still on the market, but not confident of making a sale at this stage."
29/09/17 - Agent Loretta emailed, "Unfortunately the units in this precinct are not selling at the purchased price and unless sellers want to take a loss, they simply are not selling. I have now had weekly open homes for 12 weeks and I received an offer today (funny enough) but the seller has not accepted. I will leave it on the internet and it will by appointment only."

26/06/17 - Agent Dwight advised he contacted with vendor
