5/03/2020 - Binh: as per our conversation I’ve listed the abovementioned property for sale and just had our first open home last night with 3 parties interested. I’m waiting for the contract of ale to be prepared by our vendor’s solicitor so hopefully we’ll have an offer in writing to submit to our vendors next week. 6/02/2020 - Binh: I went to see Joe and his brother at 12.30pm today and just email them both my proposal. I believe that we got on really well, they told me that they already interviewed 1 agent before me whom they would not use and were having a 3rd agent in this afternoon. They told me that they’d make their decision sometime this afternoon or tonight. I’m quietly confident that I’ll list this property. I’ll let you know how we go.
