In the current market we are happy renting the property out.
As we get $580 a week rent we are more incline now to consider sub dividing the block, building a second house, and renting the new house out, to double our weekly rent.

9/6/22 This one has been a bit of a struggle, have had interest but for less than what he wants to take, it’s a good block for subdivision, but the house itself is not appealing to most people.
