5/11/2020 - Sally: Been slow with the Melbourne buyers unable to come but have had a price reduction to $480000-$520000 hopefully this will help
8/07/2020 -Kate: They are vacating on 17th July so will have it online by end of month.
6/05/2020 - Kate: Coming online end June/July - tenants requested to remain till then so they can find a new place
