198/01/2021 - S[poke with Grant: Grant advised the property fell over re finance. Buyer has gone to ground, Grant's office in contact with their solicitor and awaiting advice - however, solicitor has not heard from buyer since prior to Christmas. Deposit funds are held in trust, so our payment is guaranteed, however, frozen until they get go ahead from solicitor. There is an automatic clause which they may have to invoke to release funds - legal process needs to be followed. Property is still listed and due for Auction on 27/01/2021 - Grant will advise (or Jo from contracts) as soon as they have an update.

6/02/2020 - Jpordan": I spoke with Brett. Very early stages at the moment but i'll keep in touch with him and let you know more as it comes to hand. I dont think much will be happening anytime soon as he is based in Melbourne, but next time I'm down there i'll reach out to him and see if he'd like to catch up for a coffee and try and secure the business that way.
