21/05/18: Spoke to vendor, confirmed parents holding onto property for quite a while
21/03/18: Rima (vendor) emailed, "Apologies for the delay in my response. Thank you for taking the time to follow up on my parents decision about their property. They have decided not to sell and are currently renting the place out. I don't believe that they will sell the place any time soon. I do however, thank you for referring us to the two agents you mentioned, they were both excellent. I will definitely be recommending your service to others in need of it."
