19/8/20 **Yes I have extra interest and some higher offers at $925,000 ..we had two offers at $900,000
Steven is still wanting higher around $960,000 to $995,000 mark.
Having permanent tenants in there is hurting the sale as somebody else wanted to bid but wouldn’t due to the tenants being in place till May next year.
It's all good as sales are pretty strong around town.
