22/06/20 - Garry (vendor) replied, "Please disregard our request as our plane have changed. We are not selling our land anymore."
20/02/20 - Agent Megan emailed, "I have been in touch with Garry on numerous occasions and have done a CMA for him on his block of land. Land is challenging in Griffin at the moment to sell and the developers have seen a decrease in their sales by 30% and builders by 40%. Th developers are offering very good incentives and this is reducing the amount that sellers are getting for their lots if they are on-selling. Garry would lose money and he and Priyanka have decided to wait and not sell as they are in no rush. I will keep in touch with them."
