Hi Rowena - thank you for your follow up. And yes I am well despite current lockdowns.
We have obviously been delayed significantly due to covid border restrictions given my brother and I dont live in NSW.
We hope to be able to travel to Sydney in April and prepare the property for listing and then sale by auction.
Our selected agent is PRD Nationwide Nucifora.
