*** Greg: Thank you for your time today. During my discussion with Mrs Smith today, she suggested that after talking with her neighbours, she might Open List her property with other agencies. She expressed disappointment that I had only presented 2 offers to her. I advised her politely that I would rather take my sign down than compete with other agents to drive her price down. We are removing her listing online ASAP.***

3/08/2020 - Greg: Vendor would not accept $315K offer - buyers have now pulled out as they discovered insurance would be too expensive as it is in a flood zone - will withdraw property
2/08/2020 - Greg: They reduced it to 315k, Iris is taking ages to consider it.
1/08/2020 - Greg: I have an offer of 320k on 47 Mariners. I'm signing them up tomorrow. I'll try and extract more but Iris would be crazy to reject it,
