23/03/2020 - Christian's ex-office / Morrison Kleeman: I’m just following up from the email below to let you know that Christian no longer works with out company. I have checked with his old assistant who still works here and she has advised me that she thinks the property was listed by another agent that was cheaper on fees and advertising.
20/03/2020 - Emailed agents for update
Phiillip: None at all, won't answer her phone and I am unable to gain access to have a look.
Christian: sent the appraisal through when you contacted me and have left messages. No response.
