25/03/2020 - Adam: The above property was referred to me with a name of Dorothy. I had already been talking to the father and mother who are the owners of the property prior to your referral. Dorothy was the daughter which is why it didn’t resignate with me. We sold the property to Michael and Vivian years ago and they contacted me direct.
