26/03/2020 - Edwin: As advised previously one of the other reps in the office who is a mate of marks had already spoken to him. Not serious apparently just chasing a figure to buy out sons share. THIS IS INCORRECT AS THERE IS NO CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING ANOTHER AGENT FROM HIS OFFICE DEALING WITH THIS
