Current situation is that Peters father is deceased, probate is in process for his estate to pass on to his mother.
Needs two market appraisals dated to 14/4/17 for probate to take its process.

6/10/21 Hugh: Met with Peter on Saturday. Have sent a Marketing Proposal.
8/9/21 Hugh O Neill: Spoke to Peter again. He is going to arrange a time for me to view the property. Is wanting to sell before the end of the year..
2/6/21 : Shead: Spoke to Peter. He is keen to sell but his Sister not so keen. Have sent him some recent sales..
15/4/21 AS emails to all for an update. Hugh Shead said has not heard

20/2/20** spoke to Peter he received what he needed from both agents for now CMA for 14/4/17 Rawa was $2500k and Hugh was $2300k, he submitted Rawa's for probate, will meet with both agents in due course but wont be selling until mother passes away.
